Jeanette Delahunty, M.Ps.S.I.

Jeanette Delahunty is a corporate trainer and consultant specialising in neurodiversity, equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. With a Higher Diploma in Business in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and a Master of Science in Psychology of Mental Health & Wellbeing, Jeanette combines academic expertise with over 15 years of professional experience to deliver impactful, evidence-based training.

She has designed and facilitated programmes for organisations such as 2K Games, Kingspan, and Beckton Dickinson, equipping leaders, HR professionals, and teams with the knowledge and practical strategies needed to foster inclusive and high-performing workplaces.

Jeanette’s sessions are known for being engaging, practical, and rooted in both lived and professional experience, helping organisations move beyond awareness to meaningful cultural change.
